Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, non-damaged and non-adjusted merchandise within 10 days for a full refund of frames. Shipping costs to your address as per postage on the box will be deducted from the refund.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from the date your order received (as per datestamp on USPS.com or CanadaPost.com.

Any returns sent after 10 days will be returned to sender.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept COD.

Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How To Make Your Return


All returns must be authorized by our staff and return number must be obtained prior to shipping.

You may make your return using any trackable and insured shipping method that can deliver to our PO Box address in Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent using your own shipping method.
