International Shipping
Eyewear Cult shipping time estimation excludes additional times for customs. We, nor the shipper takes responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. You are welcome to e-mail us if there is unusual delay (over 5 business days) and we can open the case with the shipper to try expedite customs clearance.
Shipping fees exclude customs duties and import taxes if any. We don't take responsiblity for lost mail. A ticket will be opened on customer's behalf for compensation. All packages are shipped via Canada Post and enter your country via national postal service - USPS for the USA, Royal Mail for United Kingdom etc. In some coutries eyeglasses are not subject to import tax or customs fees, but we are not sure exact laws for every country we ship to.
